1. Scope

This policy applies to accounts, profiles, bounties, assets, links, submissions, metrics, messages to support and any attempt to use ReelBounty. It supplements the Creator or Publisher Terms.

2. Authentic participation

Do not buy or manufacture views, followers, likes, comments, clicks, installs or conversions; use bots, click farms, engagement pods or deceptive traffic; submit another person’s content; submit the same content through multiple accounts to evade limits; falsify account ownership; or interfere with metric collection. Sponsored content must be clearly recognisable as advertising.

3. Prohibited content and campaigns

  • Illegal activity, fraud, scams, malware, phishing or instructions intended to facilitate them.
  • Hate, harassment, threats, exploitation, non-consensual intimate material or content that promotes violence against a person or protected group.
  • Dangerous acts, self-harm promotion or products/services that cannot lawfully be advertised to the intended audience.
  • False or unsubstantiated health, financial, environmental, performance or comparative claims.
  • Infringement of copyright, trade marks, privacy, publicity or other rights.
  • Collection or exposure of another person’s sensitive or private information without a lawful basis.

4. Platform and account abuse

Do not probe or bypass security, access data without permission, overload or reverse engineer the service where law permits restrictions, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, evade a suspension, misuse support, or use ReelBounty to spam or solicit users away from an active campaign in order to avoid platform fees.

5. Regulated and restricted activity

Campaigns involving financial products, gambling, alcohol, age-restricted goods, medicines, supplements, health treatment, politics or other regulated areas require prior written approval and evidence that the campaign can lawfully run. Approval does not transfer the advertiser’s or creator’s legal responsibility to ReelBounty.

6. Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected violations to support with relevant URLs and evidence. ReelBounty may preserve evidence, reject content, reverse affected rewards, pause payouts or campaigns, limit features, suspend accounts, notify platforms or authorities, and take other proportionate action. We consider severity, evidence, repetition and risk, and provide a review route where appropriate.
