Why is my creator account still under review?+
A creator must complete the 18+ and advertising-disclosure declarations and add a social account. Social ownership is reviewed before the account can join campaigns.
When does a bounty become live?+
A publisher first saves the brief and funds the complete campaign spend. ReelBounty only activates funding after a signed Stripe webhook confirms payment.
How are creator rewards calculated?+
Each bounty shows its reward formula and maximum payout. Verified performance reserves money from that campaign’s creator pool; the reward then moves through pending, confirmed and paid states.
Are TikTok, Instagram and YouTube metrics all automatic?+
TikTok ownership and public metrics can be checked automatically in the current launch build. Instagram and YouTube automation is deferred, so performance-priced campaigns on those platforms should not launch until ReelBounty confirms the verification process.
Why can’t I withdraw an estimated reward?+
Estimated and pending rewards are not withdrawable. A reward becomes available only after it is verified and confirmed. Your Stripe payout account must also be ready.
What happens if campaign funding is refunded or disputed?+
The affected campaign is paused, new payable metrics stop, and unpaid earnings and unsent payouts are held for review. Read the dispute guide for the exact next steps. Open the dispute guide.
